Staff Profiles
Wayne Tracy - CEO
Wayne brings to ATS over 25 years of business and hospitality experience. Brought up in a hotel family on a diet of cellar work and industry orientation, Wayne completed a Law Degree before a career that has taken him to various postings in hospitality management and business consultancy. A formidable key note speaker, Wayne is passionate about developing ATS as an industry leader and to present courses utilising the best trainers to the maximum advantage of its participants.
Sue Veness – CFO
Sue has a diverse background mainly in the events management and catering business. With a degree in Behavioural Science and Education, Sue is ATS’s financial controller and general operations director. A love of the fine arts, philosophy, food and wine, Sue brings to ATS a refreshing view of ongoing workplace training and education.
Kirsty Almond – Compliance Manager
Kirsty has held various roles in the hospitality industry. Namely, Kirsty held the position of Executive Officer for Tourism Training NSW for 6 years. At ATS, Kirsty ensures that all of our courses exceed the standards and complies to the regulations set by the VETAB.
Julie Ockerby – Sales & Marketing Manager
Julie has 10 years experience in the boutique hotel industry and has held senior management positions in sales, marketing and business development. Julie is well travelled and is enthusiastic about the positive growth of the hospitality industry through education.
Greer Makoare – Office Manager
Greer is ATS’s first point of contact. She ensures the efficient running of the office and our courses.
